Shipping Methods
We use USPS Flat Rate boxes and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of garlic ordered.
Shipping Costs
We do our best to keep shipping fair and accurate. Standard orders under 10 lbs ship for $10–$16. For larger orders, shipping is calculated in 10 lb increments to cover the actual carrier costs.
Please note: Orders over 50 lbs may require special shipping arrangements. If your order falls into this category, we’ll reach out directly to confirm the best and most cost-effective option.
Where We Ship
We ship throughout the United States but due to agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship garlic to Hawaii, or to certain counties in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon that fall under the Allium Quarantine Zone. These zones are in place to protect local crops from pests and diseases, and is not dependent on how clean our Elephant Garlic is.
These restrictions are subject to change at any time.
If your order includes a restricted area, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Schedule
All Elephant Garlic orders begin shipping in late July and early August. If you place your order in January through July, your garlic will still ship during that window.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be collected on all orders.
Returns & Refunds
Please notify us of any issues within 5 days of receiving your garlic. After 5 days, we are unable to offer refunds due to the perishable nature of the product. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned seed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Garlic Storage Tips
Here are some tips for when you receive your Elephant Garlic

Do not refrigerate.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place (like a kitchen cupboard or pantry).

Use a brown paper bag or another breathable container.

Do not seal your elephant garlic in plastic.
